This document details the terms of a legal agreement (the "AFFILIATE AGREEMENT") between you (the "Affiliate") and LightSpeed Gaming LLC (the "Company").

Order: When a new customer completes a payment for a new order.
Valid Order: An order that has not been cancelled, refunded, or otherwise invalid.
If the order is marked as 'PENDING_FRAUD', the order will not be valid for a period of 90 days of its completed payment, otherwise the order will be valid after 30 days of its completed payment.
Payout: When LightSpeed Gaming sends payment to the affiliate for the affiliate's commissions and bonuses.

The following incentives are available for valid affilates:

10 or more Valid Orders in one month = $25 bonus
20 or more Valid Orders in one month = $50 bonus
50 or more Valid Orders in one month = $150 bonus
75 or more Valid Orders in one month = $350 bonus

Payouts will be given on the 1st of each month for the previous month. Payouts will be paid out via PayPal only. You must reach two "Valid Order" before we send your first Payout.

You will be paid $5.00 USD per "Valid Order" under $50 or $10.00 USD per "Valid Order" over $50. Commissions are not recurring.
